The Current Healthcare Environment Creates the Perfect Opportunity to explore a Hosted Solution

Lessen your concerns with advanced Security, Reliability, and Levels of Redundancy.

LVM is a long-time leader in installed healthcare contact center software. However, LVM has also hosted many of our client’s contact center solutions over the past ten years on our Virtual Call Center (VCC).

What is the Virtual Call Center (VCC)? Traditionally, LVM’s clients install our desktop software on their internal servers. When clients choose the Virtual Call Center, the software resides on Microsoft’s Azure infrastructure servers. Users access the VCC from their desktop via a high-speed Internet connection using Windows Remote Desktop. Both internal and remote staff log in through the secure encrypted connection to access
LVM’s application. Doing so enables staff with appropriate user credentials to access data, process calls, run reports, and perform all other tasks they can do in the desktop model.

Rest assured, if your organization is concerned about managing its contact center software systems locally. LVM selected Microsoft Azure as our hosting partner to provide superior cloud services. Azure offers industry-leading hosting services, with over 90 concurrent compliance offerings, the most in the industry.

In addition, by utilizing Availability Zones in Azure, LVM can provide an optional second level of redundancy as needed. This arrangement offers
a secondary, fail-over site should a natural disaster disable the primary site. Contact LVM to take advantage of LVM’s VCC and learn more about
Microsoft’s Azure infrastructure servers.
