LVM offers a variety of training courses customizable to meet your needs. Training is delivered at multiple times throughout your implementation process, with follow-up training also available. Specific training sessions during the Implementation process include: tables and database set-up; call flow/screen usage; and end-user call processing. The training staff conducts these training sessions on-site, at LVM or remotely using GoToMeeting. In addition to software training, LVM offers access to a large library of software documentation, computer-based training (CBT) and call-flow charts.
Training is available for new users, refresher courses or advanced training. LVM provides a variety of report training classes to enhance your use of the software along with Administrative and Technical Training for Managers, IT Staff or Database Administrators. The training staff will also introduce you to other features of the software that you are not currently using.
