Tracy ClemManager, Support Services
Tracy has worked for over two decades in the areas of client support and staff development. Since joining the LVM team, Tracy has successfully focused his team on completing their assigned requests while maintaining a strong emphasis on Client Satisfaction. Tracy completed his Bachelor’s Degree at Arizona State University in Operations Management Technology. As the Manager of the Support Department, Tracy is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of all client requests for custom screens, reports and routines. This includes evaluating the requests for completeness, determining their needed resources, assigning them to appropriate staff and managing their ongoing status.
