Jonica has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare call center industry. Prior to joining LVM, she worked at McKesson Corporation in their Call Center Division in the roles of Account Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager, and most recently Manager of Project Management.

Jonica was responsible for overseeing the transition of McKesson’s remaining call center business unit, as LVM became their exclusive third party service provider.

Jonica now serves as LVM’s Manager of Implementation and QA Services. In this role, Jonica manages the implementation team overseeing new client implementations as well as existing client product migrations. She also manages the QA team in its efforts to deliver “bug free” customizations.

In addition to her project management experience, Jonica has years of “real-world” experience. In the early through mid-90s, Jonica served as the manager of a successful medical call center at a large community hospital in the Midwest.
