Heather JacobsManager, Client Services
Heather joined LVM Systems in 2008 as a member of the Client Services Department, serving as a Training Specialist. In this capacity, Heather worked closely with clients assisting them in their desired use of the software. She later became LVM’s Training Coordinator, a position in which she was responsible for scheduling LVM’s training resources to meet client demand and for managing the timely completion of all training documentation updates.
Heather currently serves as the Client Services Manager for LVM Systems. In this role, her primary focus is “client satisfaction.” Combining her in-depth knowledge of LVM’s software solutions with her ability to leverage needed resources throughout the company, Heather serves as a key point of contact for clients as they consider unique ways to utilize the software.
